Residential surveying
Residential surveysacross Liverpool.
RICS Home Surveys, building surveys and residential valuations from an independent Chartered Surveyor.
Buying a home is usually the largest financial decision most people make. A professional survey helps you understand the property's condition before you commit.
RICS Home Surveys
Bluestone Surveyors provides all three levels of RICS Home Survey. Each level is designed for different types of property and different buyer needs, from a concise overview of a conventional modern home to a comprehensive building survey of an older or altered property.
Liverpool's housing stock
Liverpool and its suburbs contain a wide range of housing — Victorian and Edwardian terraces and villas, inter-war semis, post-war estates and modern developments. The appropriate survey depends on the individual property, and we are always happy to discuss it with you first.
Residential valuations
Independent residential valuations are carried out by an RICS Registered Valuer for purposes including purchase, Help to Buy, probate and matrimonial matters.
Damp and defect advice
Where a specific concern such as damp has been raised, professional assessment can help you understand the likely cause and significance before you decide how to proceed.
